1. When you submit an enquiry at SeekFinance one of our brokers will call you to discuss your financial objectives.
2. The next step will be to discuss which lenders would best suit your circumstances and what loan structure is the most appropriate.
3. At your appointment with your SeekFinance broker you would go over these options in more detail and complete the loan application.
4. SeekFinance will then lodge your application together with all the supporting documentation to the preferred lender.
5. Once your loan is approved your lender will send out the Letter of Offer and other documents for you to sign and return. Your solicitor will then organise settlement of your loan.
6. This is only the beginning of the relationship. You will now become a valued member of our Ongoing Customer Care Program.
